JiangSu BTMMF Advanced Materials Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is a tertiary enterprise controlled by the Central Enterprise Mining and Metallurgy Technology Group Co., Ltd.
In 1964, Beijing Guangnei Alloy Factory was established and began producing temperature measuring components and various alloy wires (tungsten rhenium thermocouples, tungsten wires).
In 1970, the factory was transformed into a state-owned enterprise under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Light Industry.
In 1974, the factory began to engage in the research and production of tungsten filament lamps and successfully developed cerium tungsten electrodes.
In 1988, the factory moved from Guangnei Street, Xuanwu District, Beijing to Shahe Town, Changping District, Beijing.
In 1991, the factory was renamed as Beijing Tungsten Molybdenum Material Factory.
In 1997, Beijing Tungsten and Molybdenum Material Factory was merged into Beijing Mining and Metallurgy Research Institute through asset restructuring, and successfully developed binary series tungsten electrode products such as lanthanum tungsten and zirconium tungsten.
In 2003, the cerium tungsten electrode products of Beijing Tungsten and Molybdenum Materials Factory were selected by the state for the "Shenzhou 5" manned spacecraft.
In 2008, the "Multi element Composite Rare Earth Tungsten Electrode and Its Preparation Technology" of Beijing Tungsten Molybdenum Material Factory won the second prize of the National Technology Invention Award.
In 2011, Beijing Tungsten and Molybdenum Materials Factory and Metal Materials Research Institute completed integration and officially renamed Beijing Mining New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.
In 2015, the tungsten and molybdenum material industry of Beikuang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was transferred as a whole to Taizhou, Jiangsu, and a holding subsidiary, JiangSu BTMMF Advanced Materials Science & Technology Co., Ltd., was established to be fully responsible for the production and sales of tungsten electrodes and all tungsten and molybdenum products of Beikuang New Material Technology Co., Ltd.

It was established in September 2015 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan and assets exceeding 100 million yuan.
